Soccer and Netball Gala Day

Students in Year 3-6 competed in a soccer and netball gala day in Inverell on the last day of term 3. Overall it was a fantastic event and was thoroughly enjoyed by all students. Wonderful sportsmanship was shown by St Mary's teams. One of our Year 3/4 Mixed Soccer teams won their grand final. One St Mary's Year 5/6 soccer team also won their grand final as it was declared a draw after scores were tied after extra time. One of our Year 5/6 netball teams were runner up in the finals.

Term 4 Sport

During term 4 (Week 3 - 5) each class will go once to PCYC to participate in a FUTSAL session. Students will also participate in a swimming safety lesson later in the term.

St Mary's will be hosting some AFL clinics in Week 2 and 3 of Term 4
