G'day everyone, 

What an amazing day for those who attended the Thunderbolts festival! And what a great success our BBQ and bake sale was! A humongous thank you to everyone who donated baked goods and to those who donated their time to run the BBQ and stall, you have made the day a true success! We have raised approximately $1600, and out of the total profit, $450 was just from baked goods! Roughly a third of our sales, thanks to those who donated baked goods, you have made such a difference to our BBQ stall profits!

Presentation day is fast approaching and we are requesting any donations to be raffled off from businesses or families. Please reach out to us via our email rockyriverpandc@gmail.com if you would like to donate.

Presentation day will be the 11th of December, the P&C will be hosting a morning tea and selling raffle tickets.

We truly appreciate any and all support we receive from our amazing community of Parents and local members, we would love your input at our next AGM followed by general meeting 5pm on Monday the 23rd of November, see you there!

All current financial members of the P&C (those who had completed membership forms and paid their $1 membership fee back in March 2026) are able to vote, nominate others and stand for election of executive positions at this upcoming AGM. 

For new members who are submitting membership forms from now until before the AGM, your membership comes into effect from the close of the next AGM and you would be able to vote, nominate others and stand for election from the following AGM in 2027.

If you would like to check whether you a current financial member, please contact the P&C email for the records. Membership forms are available at the school office.
