Welcome to 2026!

We hope you all enjoyed a relaxing summer break and were able to spend some quality time with family and friends. As we head into a new school year, the P&F is excited to be back and already has a fantastic range of activities planned for 2026.

We’d like to extend a sincere thank you to all the parents who have stepped into P&F roles this year. The P&F simply wouldn’t function without the generosity of time and energy from our parent community, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.

We kicked off the year with the Prep Parents Welcome Morning Tea, which was a wonderful success.

A big thank you to our Grade 1 families for contributing such a fantastic spread, it was delicious and very much appreciated. We’d also like to acknowledge Amber and Dale, our Grade 1 reps, for their great work coordinating the event and helping our new families feel so welcome. A big thank you as well to our fantastic Grade 1 volunteers Stacey and Katie, for helping with set-up, serving and pack-down.

Following the Welcome Morning Tea, the next fun event on the calendar is the

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Breakfast on Tuesday 17 March. This much loved event is being organised by our Grade 4 reps, Eli and Ben, and is sure to be a delicious start to the day for our students.

Looking ahead, we are excited for the Welcome Picnic on Friday 20 February. We’d love to see as many families as possible come along to enjoy a relaxed evening together and celebrate the start of the school year. There will be live music and face painting, with sausages in bread, cold drinks and Zooper Doopers available for purchase. Families are also very welcome to bring along their own picnic rug and basket.
