Rochester Secondary Experience Day

On Tuesday our grade 5/6 students had the opportunity to experience various activities and classes at Rochester Secondary College and get a taste of what life might be like on a daily basis.

P-2 Excursion

From all reports our P-2 students are having a great day at Pioneer settlement in Swan Hill. I am sure we will have a few tired staff and students by the end of the day!

Student reports

We will be providing student achievement reports for Semester 1 this year as usual.

The reports will be available via XUNO on Friday 19th June.

The reports will continue to provide important details about student learning attainment, but full descriptive comments will not be included as a result of industrial action taken earlier this term by the Australian Education Union. If you require a printed copy please contact the office.

Interviews - Bookings now open

To compensate for no comments we have scheduled 2 parent-teacher-student interview opportunities to share your childs progress-

Monday 22nd June 3:30-5:30pm

Friday 26th June 8:30-12:30pm.

Please note students will not attend classes on the Friday (26th -last day of term) but should attend with their parents to the interview. Bookings will be open until Sunday 7pm

Cold weather

Please ensure your child is appropriately dressed for the colder weather. Students spend time outside at recess and lunch each day and during Phys Ed and sport session, which means additional layers of clothing may be needed to keep warm. Thank you to those families who ensure outer layers comply with our uniform colours and policy. We currently have no spares.

School Beanies

As the weather starts to  change and the mornings become cooler, now might be the perfect time to buy your child a school beanie if they don't already own one. These are available at the school office for $12. (Please note coloured beanies are not part of our school uniform - dark blue or big freeze beanies are acceptable)
