Dear Parents, Carers and students,

Next week is Week 8 of Term 4 - almost at the Finish Line!

As we approach the end of this term, there's much to share and celebrate at Epping Views Primary School.

Full Staffing for 2024:

We are thrilled to announce that, despite the nationwide teacher shortage, our school is fully staffed for the upcoming year, ensuring a smooth and enriching learning environment for all our students.

2024 Prep Orientation and Enrolments:

Yesterday, we welcomed eager young faces during our Prep orientation, with 64 preps already enrolled for the exciting journey that awaits them in the coming year. Our new Preps enjoyed meeting the 2024 Prep teachers and participating in getting to know you activities.

Farewells and Enrolments:

As we bid farewell to 186 Year 6 students, we anticipate a total enrolment of 830 students for 2024. Our planning is underway to accommodate this, with 35 classes set for the upcoming academic year.

Friendship Pairings and Class Assignments: We appreciate the enthusiasm for friendship pairings, but our classes for next year are already set. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any more requests for specific pairings.

Not Returning Next Year? Please Let Us Know:

If you know your child won't be returning to Epping Views Primary School next year, kindly inform us as we finalize our preparations for the upcoming academic year.

Exciting New Play Space:

Last week marked the grand opening of our new play space, featuring a water pump, dry riverbed, mud kitchen, and quiet cubbies. It was an incredibly exciting time for our students, and we look forward to seeing their creativity flourish in this dynamic environment.

I am also pleased to announce the Buddy Bench has arrived!

The Bench was purchased with funds raised by JSC events and out of uniform days.

Summer Fair

Our annual Summer Fair is just around the corner on December 7th.

Join us for a day filled with fun, including show bags, stalls, food trucks, rides, and even an animal farm. Please note that students will finish school at 1:30 pm on this day.
