Fete Day is getting closer and we need your help!  

Whether you can help for one hour, a few hours, half a day or the whole day, every helping hand makes a huge difference, helps make the Fete a success and gets us closer to our goal of a brand new playground. No experience is needed; just a willingness to get involved and be part of a fantastic community event. 

Each year level has been allocated stalls to help support on Fete Day. You are welcome to volunteer on any stall, regardless of your child’s year level.

Here’s a look at what each year level is supporting and who our Stall Leaders are:

Donations- NOW OPEN!

We are now accepting your generous donations of Books, Toys and Second-Hand Goods.  It’s time to declutter and donate those items that deserve a new home. 

We’re aiming to offer top-quality items, so we kindly ask that all donations be in great condition. Please avoid donating anything broken or unusable, as we want to provide the best experience for our buyers—and the disposal of unsellable items costs us money!

Remember if you wouldn't give it to your mate - don't donate!

You can drop off your donations in the green shipping containers located along the rear fence of the Parish House.

Donations will be accepted until Sunday 4 October 2026.  

Lob A Choc Free Dress!

Grab a block of chocolate to support one of the most popular Fete games - Lob a Choc! On Thursday 10th September - ditch the uniform and wear free dress in exchange for a block of chocolate (no nuts please!). 

Raffle Tickets: Return 18 Sept

Raffle ticket books are due back Friday 18 September.  Our raffle is a major part of our fete fundraising and this year is our biggest prize pool yet – with 8 lucky winners sharing over $5,400 in prizes.

Tickets are just $3 each or $30 per book.

If you want extra books they are available from School Office or Parish House.

🎟️ Fete Ride Wristbands – Now $70

Our Early Bird wristband offer has now finished, but there is still an opportunity to save!

All-day ride wristbands are now $70 and are available for purchase until 9 October 2026. The price will increase to $100 on Fete Day.

 Get your wristbands early, save $30 and help us build our new playground!

Wristbands provide all-day access to the rides at the Holy Spirit Community Fete, making them a great way for the whole family to enjoy the day.

Silent Auction Donations

We're seeking donations to help make this year's auction a success!

Jam Makers Needed! 🍓

Our Jam Stall is gearing up for this year's fete, and we need your help!  We're looking for volunteers to:

• Make jam
• Cut and freeze fruit for later use

Recipes, jars and support are all provided so it's easy to get involved. Every jar helps make the Jam Stall a success! 🍯
