Hey CHPS Families, 

This week we have our annual CHAPS Disco! I hope you’ve got your dancing outfits ready to go 💃🏻🕺🏼 just to save parent stress levels, there is no theme! You're welcome 😉

Some housekeeping rules for the disco (no, these are not new, they were in the event description on Compass) 

• All children must be signed in and out. 

  Sign-in and out will take place outside the stadium doors. Volunteers will escort children inside. Please ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.  🚗

• This is a parent run event, organised by CHAPS. Please be respectful of the volunteers who are giving their time to make this a fun and safe night for all students.
• No parents are permitted inside the disco unless they are volunteering.
• We ask that students bring along a named drink bottle! No water bottle, be thirsty. Children will not be allowed to leave the stadium to use the drink taps‼️
• No food will be permitted to be brought into the stadium on the night

• Do not bring glow sticks or glow accessories

Cadbury Fundraiser:

We have only 2 families left to pay for their Cadbury boxes! We have started our courtesy calls.

We also have 17 boxes still available. If you are able to sell another box, please come to the office to pick it up. Please note that we will require payment upfront for these boxes.
