As the weather turns cooler and the days grow shorter, we are reminded that life moves in seasons. The warmth of summer fades, making way for crisp mornings, cosy evenings and a chance to slow down and reflect. Just as nature changes, God gently reminds us that He is present in every season of our lives.
Sometimes cooler seasons can feel quiet or even uncertain, but they also create space for rest, renewal and growth beneath the surface. Just as trees shed their leaves to prepare for new life, we too can let go of worries, fears or distractions and draw closer to God.
The Bible reminds us:
“See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come.”— Song of Songs 2:11–12
Even in the cooler moments, God is at work preparing something beautiful ahead. This season invites us to trust His timing, take comfort in His presence and look forward with hope.
Lord, thank You for being with us in every season. Help us to trust You as things change and to find peace in Your presence. Amen.
