During Term 3, the Social Enterprise Team fundraised and spread awareness about Big Group Hug, a local charity that supports young families doing it tough.
We were blown away by the support from our community, and are particularly thankful to those who ordered a pancake at our pancake breakfast. We had 200 orders, with a profit of around $400!
This term we are focusing on raising awareness for the Cancer Council. We are looking forward to our upcoming House meeting this week at which students will learn about the importance of being sunsmart, and about what the Cancer Council does.
We are also finalising our plans to host a school wide Morning Tea, on the 21st of November. We will publish further details about this event soon!
