2024 Year 10 Vaccination Reminder

A reminder the Year 10 Vaccination Day is scheduled for Week 6 on Wednesday the 21st August 2024.

Should a hard copy be needed please see Miss Kaczmarczyk in the Sick Bay Office (Old Student Reception).

Please contact NSW Health Direct on (02) 4734-2022 should there be any technical difficulties completing the online form.

This clinic is for any:

Year 10 Student who has provided online consent for the 10 Meningococcal ACWY.
Year 7 Students who missed the vaccine at the previous visit and will receive a HPV and dTpa - catch up.
