Dear Families,
End of Term - Casual Clothes Day
Tomorrow, Friday 26 June, the last day of term, we are holding a casual clothes day as a way of supporting those in need. We encourage students to participate and contribute a donation via CDF Pay, which will be given to the St Vinnies Winter Appeal, helping us make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Term 2 Holidays
Please note that Term 2 ends on Friday 26 June at 2.30pm. Please note the early finish to the day.
Term 3 will commence on Monday 13 July.
I hope all enjoy a safe and enjoyable holiday period.
Semester 1 Reports
All parents will be able to access their child's reports on Thursday 16 July from 4.00pm. Please take the time to read through the reports and enjoy the growth of your child.
If you have any questions, please write them down and bring them to the Learning Conversations that will be held in Week 3 Term 3.

Book Week 2026
This year, Book Week will be celebrated at St Francis during week 6 of term 3:
Monday 17 - Friday 21 August
Our Book Week parade day will be on:
Friday 21st August.
As usual, we look forward to seeing your children dressed up as their favourite characters! The theme is "Symphony of Stories".
The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the school library during week 6 & week 7 (dates to be confirmed).
Term 3 Public Holidays & Pupil Free Days
Just letting all families know that St. Francis of the Fields Primary School will be closed on the following dates in Term 3:
Wednesday 5 August - Staff Spirituality Day
Shed Unavailability
The shed will be unavailable for training use on the following dates in Term 2 & 3:
- Tuesday 4 August (afterschool) - Set up for Staff Spirituality Day
- Wednesday 5 August (all day and afterschool) - Staff Spirituality Day
