Parents & Friends' (PFA)

What a busy start to Term 2 we have all had. Firstly the Election BBQ and Cake Stall, and then our Mother’s Day celebrations!
The PFA would like to thank all the families who volunteered their time to ensure the Election BBQ was such a success:
- Ebsworth
- Halpin
- Sinclair
- Hell
- Marshall
- Tempes
- Bates
- Morel
- Kelly
- Dimopoulos
- Rodger
- Folkard
- Way
- Ilker
- Ronald
- Novikova
- Dovhan
- Pfleger
- Van Der Kaay
and of course everyone who donated their yummy baked goods. We had more than 1500 voters visiting St Anthony’s, and were able to make a profit of approximately $2500, which is fantastic for our little school.
Today we celebrated all the Mothers and Special People in our St Anthony’s community. The PFA were proud to be able to host the annual Mothers' Day breakfast in the Padua Pavilion, with special thanks to Fiona Flynn, Efra Chairul, Sandra Tempes and Regelyn Way for their organisation, and for all the parents who volunteered too; you all made this such a lovely event.
A highlight of the Mothers' Day breakfast was the Mothers' Day Raffle, with the major prize of a $150 voucher to The Bank being donated by the always-generous Tina Goudie.
Following on from the breakfast, we were able to hold the Mothers' Day Stall, where students purchased gifts for their Mums and special people! A huge thank you to Elena Kelly who helped out on the stall, and to Kathy and Liz in the office who were invaluable help during the preparations.
We wish you all a lovely Mother’s Day this weekend, and are looking forward to a fun Term 2.
