Fundraising Goal for 2025: Literacy and Learning Resources
Welcome to 2025 and welcome to all the new parents that have joined our wonderful school. This is our first update of the year. We hope that you all had a safe summer break and are looking forward to the year ahead with AGPS.
We have an exciting year ahead with all our events and Term 1 sees our fete happening (see the fete section for all things related to that and how you can support it).
Here’s a few things from us:
Parents & Friends meetings
Each month, Parents & Friends come together to meet to discuss upcoming events and ideas - everyone is welcome. We have a facebook page dedicated to events only, which you can join. Please ensure you answer the security questions.

Volunteering
Looking at a way to get involved with the school? Volunteering for our events is an excellent way to get involved and meet new parents. We always need for volunteers all year round. Our online platform below always has spaces available so please make sure you check regularly to see when you can help out.
Hot Cross Bun Drive
We will be running a Hot Cross Bun drive in March for delivery on 2nd April before the term is up. This is a popular little fundraiser and forms will be coming home at the beginning of March. Start spreading the word to our relatives and friends so they can stock up too! We will be doing the Hot Cross Bun drive with Bakers Delight.
Bunnings BBQ
We received notification last week that we have been allocated a date for our community BBQ at Bunnings Altona North.
Please save Sunday 27th March to either volunteer (via the sign up link above) or to stop buy and purchase a few snags.
