Iliana

Over the weekend Iliana Tama competed in the NSWJJC 2026 Jiu-jitsu championship.

She was moved up into a division 6kg heavier then her original bracket and won gold in one of her quickest submissions yet.

She then brushed off her Gi put on a dress and raced over to her first ever violin recital.

The weekend showed how much Iliana is capable of and we could not be prouder.

Sebastian

On Sunday Sebastian (with his sister) competed in the NSWJJC 2026 jiujitsu championships.

In the final for Gi and no Gi he was up against the world champion in his division. Everyone avoids that bracket when they see the name but Sebastian goes in every time wanting to compete against him.

He won silver in Gi and bronze in no Gi. His coaches were so proud as he executed everything he was taught in the lead up and will get the gold against his one day.

Rita and Giuseppe

Rita and Pep served the less fortunate down at Woolloomooloo and handed out biscotti they baked on the weekend.

This is part of both Rita and Giuseppe's Term 1 goals, they were really excited to make a difference to those this Easter.
