We are delighted to introduce the 2026 Woodville Gardens School Governing Council, a dedicated group of individuals committed to enhancing our school community. Yanjie Qi will be continuing as our Chairperson as will Anne Mariasanjeevi as our Treasurer. Our other members include Amanda (Mandy) Raymond, Hossain (Sohrab) Mir Sohrab, Indra Lingasamy, Sediqa Ahmadi and Alyaa Ahmed. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to our school's success.
The Governing Council plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our school, ensuring that we provide the best possible educational environment for our students. Their responsibilities include overseeing school policies, financial management, and fostering community engagement. We are grateful for their commitment and the invaluable time they volunteer to support our school.
Our staff representatives will be updated this term to share their insights and collaborate closely with the council.
As Principal, I am honoured to work alongside such a passionate and dedicated team. Together, we will strive to make Woodville Gardens School a place where every student can thrive.
Thank you to all our council members for their dedication and service. Your efforts are truly appreciated and make a significant difference in our school community.
