TheirCare News

Hi parents, guardians, staff, and friends! Welcome to Week 10 of Term 4.

We would like to begin by acknowledging the Traditional Owners of the land,

the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation,

and pay our respect to their Elders, past, present, and emerging.

Week 10 woohoo! Where has the time gone? Our theme for this week is “Happy Holidays”. This week was packed with fun and excitement! We spent our afternoons playing various group games like soccer, basketball and skittle, which kept everyone active and engaged. Along with the sports, we also got creative with arts and craft activities, making colourful designs with iron beads and doing lots of Christmas activities, it was amazing to see the kids demonstrating their creativity and imagination skills! We also enjoyed building towers using blocks, challenging ourselves to see how high we could go without them tipping over. In the mornings we played group games such as Celebrity Head, Guess Who and Silent Ball! Our week was filled with a mix of fun, creativity and team spirit!

This week’s Pupil of the Week is Ava Gallagher, for always being kind and respectful towards others! Your positive attitude and bright smile make everyone feel welcome and valued. Well Done Maya!! You should be very proud of yourself!!
