Excursions and
In-School-Activities Wrap up
Welcome to our Green Thumb- Gardening space.
Students have been busy working in the garden learning how to propagate and growing from seed. Students have planted Silver beet, Snow peas, Cauliflower, Carrots and many more.
We are all very excited to watch everything grow and give back to our community.
On Friday 23rd June, Darren Pickett our Local Worm Guy came to visit the Green Thumb Gardening Program. Darren helped our students set up and build the Worm Farm. Our students then learnt about the benefits worms add to our Garden. All the students were very excited to join in and learn everything about worms. We at Armstrong Creek School are very privileged to not only have Darren attend to run a workshop with our students but also donate the items as well. Thank you.
