P&C Meetings

The P&C usually meet on the first Monday of each month from 5.00pm at the school. Our next P&C meeting will be Monday 3rd November at 5pm, everyone is welcome to come along!

We have the Thunderbolts Festival coming up next Saturday 25th Oct! Set up is happening from 8am near the rotunda, and our BBQ & cake stall will be running from approx 9.30-3pm. We are keen to know if anyone can come and help for even a short time during the day. These sorts of events take many hands to make it work - so please let myself or Erica know if you'll be available to join the fun. Volunteers will receive a free sausage sandwich & drink so we will keep you well fed :)

We also need donations of home baking to be dropped to the stall on Saturday morning - if you can bake 1 or 2 batches of anything that would be so appreciated - packet mix is absolutely fine (that's what I'll be using!) e.g. a dozen cupcakes or muffins, a slice or brownies, a batch of cookies, a loaf of banana bread, anything else you can think of!

Donations of serviettes or new squeezy bottles of sauce (tomato / bbq / mustard) to the school office this week are also very much appreciated.

Thunderbolts Festival is one of our biggest fundraiser events for the year so please help us make the most of it, so we can all contribute to our kids' school experience together.

Regional Australia Bank Community Partnership Program - P&C Fundraiser.

Each year our P&C receive a donation from the Regional Australia Bank Community Partnership Program. We encourage our parents who bank with RAB to consider joining this program as it is very worthwhile and we usually recieve upwards of $2000 but with extra support from our families this amount would increase and in doing so provide even more support for our students. There is no cost to you, it just requires you to check that your everyday account is eligible and then setting up our Rocky River P&C as your nominated recipient.
