Uniform and Hat Reminder

Dear Families,

At Woodville Gardens School, our school uniform and hats are an important part of who we are. Wearing the correct uniform helps students feel a sense of belonging and reflects our school values of respect, responsibility and fairness.

As we move into term 4, we ask families to please ensure students come to school each day wearing their school hat. School hats are essential for sun safety and support a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

We also encourage families to support students in wearing the correct school uniform each day. Our uniform helps strengthen our school identity and promotes equity and inclusion across our community.

Woodville Garden to host launch for Children's Week South Australia 2026

We are honoured to have been chosen to officially launch 

Children’s Week in South Australia for 2026.

Children’s Week is an annual celebration held across Australia, providing an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the talents, skills, achievements and rights of children.

This year’s national theme is:

“Children have the right to use their own language, celebrate their culture and practise their religion.”

We warmly invite our community to join us for the official launch of Children’s Week in South Australia in our School Gym on Friday, 23 October at 9:00am.

The special assembly will feature singing and musical performances, student speakers and contributions from our special guests, as we come together to celebrate the wonderful diversity of our school community.

We would love to have you join us for this special occasion. We look forward to seeing you there!
