Term 2

Year 7 and 8 students have had a fantastic start to the Term, smoothly transitioning back into their classes.

Please be reminded to secure your locker with a lock. If you've misplaced yours or don't have one, kindly contact one of your coordinators.

Additionally, ensure you bring your diary to every class, along with your books, pens, and other essentials, as well as a fully charged device.

Looking ahead, there are a few important dates to remember:

  • May 6-8: Junior Sub School Camp
  • May 16: Curriculum Day (student-free day)

Junior Sub School Camp

We have the Junior Sub School camp coming up in week 4.  Students who have consent, paid and brought back their medical forms will be able to attend. The students will be going to Alexandra Camp Resort from the 6th of May to the 8th of May. For those students attending, an equipment list can be picked up from the Junior Sub School or found on Google Classroom. Those students who are not attending camp are expected to attend school as normal.

Uniform

With the weather getting colder, we are noticing that a few students are wearing incorrect school uniforms. Students are not permitted to wear a jumper, hoodie or any other item of clothing that can be seen, under the school uniform. Students will be asked to remove it and put it in their locker. If the students are seen with it again, the item of clothing will be confiscated, and a parent/guardian will need to collect it from the school. Students are also only permitted to wear PE uniform on days they have a double session of sport. Unless there is a valid reason for wearing the incorrect uniform, with a note provided in homeroom or a phone call made from home before homeroom begins, students will receive a lunchtime detention for wearing the incorrect uniform.
