Account Clearance Dates

A gentle reminder that the first and second instalments of the Residential Accommodation Fee should be paid in full prior to the commencement of Term 4.

This does not apply to parents and carers who are on an approved payment plan or are in receipt of the Assistance for Isolated Children where payments are directed to the College.

The College has commenced its Term 3 review of accounts and will be communicating with those parents and carers soon with available options.

All year 12 accounts should have been settled in full by Friday, 20 October 2023.

All year 11 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 17 November 2023.

All year 10 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 14 December 2023.

A big thank you to those parents and carers who are up-to-date with their accounts.

2024 Enrolment Packages

If you are yet to return your enrolment package for 2024, it would be appreciated if these packages could be given your attention and returned to the College in the enclosed envelope as soon as possible.

These booklets have been released and can be located on our website via https://www.denmarkag.wa.edu.au/enrolment/fees-charges/ and in the College Compass Portal news feed.

2024 Enrolment Packages

Shortly, all new families to the College will receive an enrolment pack with important information required for 2024. This information will be posted out from the College this week with a return envelope enclosed. It would be appreciated if your attention could be given to this pack and completed documents returned as soon as possible.

Save Your Seat! (Orange School Bus)

School Bus Services (SBS) is encouraging parents to submit applications for transport assistance before 24 November 2023 to save their child a seat for 2024. Late applications may not be processed in time for Term 1, 2024. Transport assistance can be in the form of a conveyance allowance or a school bus.
