🐾 A Reminder About Nala & Arrow

Nala and Arrow are an important part of our Wellbeing Team here at Armstrong Creek School. They help support students across the school each day and are always excited to be out and about!

When your child sees Nala or Arrow around the school, please remind them to:

Say hello to the person walking them
Not call out their names
Not ask to pat them

The best thing students can do is have a look and keep moving! These expectations help Nala and Arrow stay calm, focused, and ready to support our school community.

New Item on our Canteen Menu

A new item of Mac & Cheese has been added for $6 per serve! All the details on how to sign up to order lunches and snacks on canteen days is below for you.

The canteen runs every Monday, Thursday and Friday at both Recess and Lunch.

Glasses for Kids Program - Prep to Yr 3 in 2026

State Schools’ Relief (SSR) is proud to announce that the Victorian State Government has partnered with SSR once again to deliver the Glasses for Kids (GFK) program between 2024 and 2027. GFK aims to remove vision impairment as a potential barrier to educational engagement by ensuring that eligible students are supported to fully participate in education from their early years. GFK aims to visit 770 primary and specialist schools and target 108,000 students for initial vision screening during the program. If required, comprehensive eye testing and glasses will be provided to participating students at no cost.

Please sign up by 12 December 2025 to be eligible to particpate next year.
