Parents Association News 🌟

We have a lot of appreciation to get through this week!

Starting off, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Leo and everyone who came along to support our recent Working Bee.  Your time and effort has helped make a big difference around the school grounds, and we truly appreciate the strong sense of community that days like this bring!

Another big thank you goes to the parents and volunteers who have been assisting with walking classes to and from their swimming lessons this term. Your help goes a long way to support our wonderful teachers and students, while making sure these types of activities run smoothly and safely as possible!

We would also like to acknowledge the wonderful support from Woolworths Southland, who generously provided us with a wonderful food donation. Community supports like this continue to help us provide valuable resources for our students, and we sincerely thank them for their kindness.

Thank you to everyone who has been supporting our Container Deposit Scheme. We are pleased to share that we have already raised $241! Which means we are another step closer to our goal of adding a Buddy Bench. Students are encouraged to bring along eligible cans and bottles (no glass) each Friday and place them in the allocated bins to help us continue working towards our fund-raising goals.

Our Parents Association has been hard at work behind the scenes in preparation for our upcoming Mother’s Day Stall and our next second hand uniform shop.

The second hand uniform shop will be open during the upcoming Welcome BBQ on Thursday the 19th of March, and we encourage our community and families to come enjoy a sausage, peruse the uniform shop and join us as we welcome in another fantastic year ahead.

Thank you all for your continued support and involvement in our school community. We truly appreciate the many ways families contribute to making our school such a positive and welcoming place.
