Sylvia Presepio takes Salesperson of the Year award

Sylvia Presepio, principal of FN Murray Bridge (SA) has been named the Regional Local Residential Salesperson of the Year at the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) 2024 Awards for Excellence. 

The prestigious awards ceremony, held on November 3rd at the Adelaide Oval, recognised the achievements of South Australia's top real estate professionals.

The REISA Awards for Excellence are highly competitive, with a large number of entries from across metropolitan and regional South Australia. Sylvia’s win is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and expertise in the regional real estate market.

REISA CEO Andrea Heading commended the high calibre of competitors and highlighted the challenging conditions faced by both agents and consumers in the past year.

‘The winners shone in particularly challenging conditions for both agents and consumers,’ Ms. Heading said.

Sylvia was surprised and delighted by the award, and still in a state of shock, according to FN Murray Bridge Administrator, Laura Ulucci, last week.

‘I’m humbled to be recognised for the long-term service my team and I have offered the Murray Bridge community. We’re a passionate lot, and I believe this has always been our defining difference. I’m very fortunate to have a dedicated team who love what they do and this, evidently, really shines through’ said Sylvia.

FN Carolans celebrates 30 years

On the Sunshine Coast, Nambour agency FN Carolans (QLD) has just celebrated its 30th anniversary of First National Real Estate membership.

Business Growth Manager, Michael Keith, called in to say thank you and deliver a congratulatory hamper from First National. Congratulations to Principal, Peter Wrigley and his dedicated team.

Last week, David Doherty (FN Tamworth, NSW) and David Small (FN Coffs Coast, NSW) were on their Postie Bikes, dashing through the New South Wales countryside as they raised funds for Variety’s support of disadvantaged children.

David Sloss takes over family legacy

Our hearty congratulations to David Sloss who has stepped up to take over from his father George as agency principal at FN Sloss & Co (Goondiwindi, QLD). 

FN Sloss & Co joined First National Real Estate in 1993 and together, George and his wife Alicia (who looks after property management) have carved themselves a respected niche in rural Queensland.
