Mothers' Day Wrap

Our school community came together to celebrate Mother’s Day with a wonderful breakfast event on Friday morning. The dads cooked up a storm on the BBQ, serving delicious bacon and egg rolls while families enjoyed the chance to catch up and chat together. We were also lucky to enjoy beautiful sunshine, especially after the rain and cold snap the day before.

Later in the morning, students had the opportunity to purchase a gift at the Mother’s Day Stall, which, as usual, created plenty of excitement. A handmade gift is always extra special.

A big thank you to the PFA for organising such a lovely event. Their hard work helped make the day so memorable for our school community.

While there are still some landscaping works, decorating, and minor defect items to be completed over the coming weeks, the building is now operational and ready for use. We are looking forward to welcoming families into the new space very soon.

As a result of the move, please note the following important information:

  • The Office will be closed from 9:15 am on Monday while the relocation takes place.
  • Services will be very limited throughout the day, including phones and other office operations.
  • Please refrain from collecting children early on Monday.

Changes to School Access & Traffic Flow

With the reopening of the front of the school, please note the following:

  • The Ormond Road gates will be closed after drop-off at 9:15am.
  • The front of the school (Geelong Road entrance) will reopen for traffic and entry.
  • All cyclone fencing at the front of the school will be removed at the end of this week.

Traffic flow at the Geelong Road entrance will revert to pre-building works arrangements, including:

  • Normal parking and student collection from the front entrance.
  • The temporary 'drive-through' pick-up system will no longer operate.

Please carefully follow all traffic flow signs and instructions.

We also remind families:

  • Do NOT park in Accessible Parking Bays unless you hold a valid permit.
  • Please take extra care and be patient as our community adjusts back to the normal traffic flow arrangements.

The Front Office will be fully operational again from Tuesday morning. Yippee!

Thank you for your support and cooperation during this exciting transition.
