10 DAYS TO GO! LET’S COME TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE!
We cannot wait to bring our wonderful community together for our Fantastic Fête! Free entry and open to all, we would love it if you could invite your friends, family, neighbours and broader community to celebrate with us!
Feel free to follow us on Instagram and Facebook, invite your friends to our Facebook event here and share our social media posts!
Thanks to Nelson Alexander, we also have corflutes (as well as A3 posters and A6 hard copy flyers) available from Mary’s office if anyone would like to put one up in their front yard or window or local café or hand out to friends.
Or you can print the A3 poster here or share around the JPEG version here to your networks on WhatsApp or SMS!
FREE ICE-CREAM AND POPCORN FOR FPS STUDENTS!
Like last year, our FPS students will all receive a wristband next Friday (the day before the fête) to wear on the day so that they can claim their FREE ice-cream and popcorn! Particular thanks to Frosty Boy for donating all the ice-cream and Nelson Alexander for the popcorn machine!
VOLUNTEER AND SIGN UP FOR A SHIFT AT THE FETE!
We are still in need of some people to help us with packing up for the day, the crepe stall, the lolly stall, the African Feast stall, the sausage sizzle, the lemonade stall and rubbish monitoring. Leap Kids is also looking for some very brave souls who would like to volunteer to be dunked in the dunking machine!
If grandparents, uncles, aunties, neighbours or friends (who are over 18) can help out on the day, even for a 1 hour shift, that would be most welcome! (Please note that in line with our child safety obligations, children under 18 can only volunteer on a stall with their own parent or carer.) Any questions, please email our volunteer coordinator: Charlotte George: cclgeorge82@gmail.com or call/text : 0410 454 413.
Also, if anyone has a marquee or esky we can borrow for the day, please fill it in on the sign up sheet (towards the bottom)!
