What a wonderful way to celebrate our love of reading and books!

Our Book Week celebrations brought our school community together for a fantastic morning filled with creativity, imagination and plenty of incredible costumes. It was wonderful to see our students and families embrace the spirit of Book Week and bring some of their favourite characters to life. We hope students enjoyed the opportunity to dress up and celebrate books and reading

A big thankyou to everyone for going above and beyond organising a wonderful week across the school and a huge thank you to all our families for supporting reading at home and helping make Book Week such a special event.

Leave

I’ll be taking a little break for the final two weeks of this term as I head off on long service leave. After what has been another very busy term, I’m looking forward to slowing down, recharging the batteries and pretending that I don’t have a school calendar in front of me for a couple of weeks!

I hope everyone enjoys the final weeks of term and, when the holidays finally arrive, gets the chance to relax, spend some time with family and friends, and enjoy a well-earned break.

Kate Wojcik will be acting Principal during this time and Simon Keogh will be Acting Assistant Principal.

Take care, enjoy the holidays and I’ll see everyone next term — hopefully refreshed, rested and ready to go again!

2026 Parent / Carer Opinion Survey: We Want Our Parents/Carers to Tell Us What They Think!

Our school is conducting the annual Parent/Carer Opinion Survey offered by the Department of Education and is seeking your feedback. The survey is designed to assist schools in gaining an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behaviour, and student engagement. The survey is optional, but we encourage and appreciate your participation.

Our school will use the survey results to assist in identifying areas for improvement and professional development needs in the school, to target school planning and improvement strategies.

The Parent/Carer Opinion Survey is open online to Friday 18 September 2026.

The survey will be conducted online, only takes 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones.

Resources are also available in additional languages to assist parents / carers who speak a language other than English at home.

Please reach out to the school directly for survey guides in your language if you require further support.

2027 Foundation Enrolments

If you have not yet submitted your enrolment form, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to assist us with planning for the 2027 school year.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
