Year 7 Indonesian…. And the verdict on the durian????
All year 7 classes have now sampled the durian, the King of Fruits, with mixed results.
“It’s not too bad” was a common expression. Captured here are some 7F students below and after shots.

German Regional Poetry Final – Years 7, 8, 9
Results from Thursday 6 August event
Oberon had a team of 15 amazing students who participated in the regional poetry competition at the Geelong German Club in Norlane.
Each student presented their poem in German to a large audience.
Well done to all who participated:

Year 7/8 Open – Daniel Zaal, Kalea Chambers
Year 9 – Scarlett Moroney, Nathan Anuroop, Yuxuan See
Medal winners were:
Silver – Daniel, Yuxuan
Bronze – Kalea, Izzy, Nathan
Both Daniel and Yuxuan will represent Oberon at the State Poetry Final at the Austrian Club in Heidelberg.
