TERM 4 COMMENCES
Reminder: There are two Pupil Free Days on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th October.
All students return to school on Wednesday 15th October for their first day of Term 4.
🛑STUDENT SAFETY REMINDER🛑
A friendly reminder to our school community to please stay extra vigilant during pick-up and drop-off times.
Please always use the school crossing, be aware of your surroundings when reversing and remember to put safety before convenience.
Our school crossing is a 40km/h school zone between: 8:00–9:00am and 2:30–4:00pm

School Advisory Council - Annual General Meeting
The School Advisory Council Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 4th November 2025 at 5.00pm in the Staffroom.
There are 3 positions for parent representatives available on the School Advisory Council.
1 position for the 2026 school year
2 positions for the 2026/2027 school years
If you are interested in one of these positions please collect a nomination form from the school office and return by 28th October 2025.
What does the Catholic School Advisory Council do?
The Catholic School Advisory Council provides the opportunity for members of the school and parish community to support the mission of Catholic education in the school. Working with the Principal and the Parish Priest, the members of the Council and its committees provide guidance and support to the wider school community.
The School Advisory Council meets once a Term for an hour. School Advisory Council members:
· value and respect the Catholic identity of the school, its relationship to the parish community and the expression of its ethos through rituals, traditions, symbols and the teaching of Catholic beliefs
· act as role models within the school community by reflecting the values and ethos of the school
· work collaboratively with the Parish Priest, the Principal and the wider school community
· build and nurture a sense of community
LOST PROPERTY
If your child has misplaced any belongings please ask them to check the lost property located in the Office. Any uniform item not claimed by the end of the Term will donated to the clothing pool. All other items not claimed by the end of the Term will be donated to Vinnies.

SCHOOL FEES
School Fee Statements were emailed to families on
the 5th September 2025.
School fees may be paid either in full or by instalment. A recurring BPAY payment is the recommended option for instalments.
Payment options include:

🟢 EFTPOS - available at the school front office or over the phone
🟢 Compass Pay
🟢 Cash or Cheque
🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.
Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.
School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.
