Let's Hang It Art Competition

Congratulations Adaline in Stage 1 on being a finalist in the UNESAP Let’s Hang It! 2026.

We are so proud of you!

On Friday night, Adaline had her very first art exhibition as a finalist in the "Let’s Hang It" competition.

With 700 entries from over 50 schools, and only 64 artworks selected.  This is such a huge achievement.

Well done Ada!

100 Days of Kindergarten

The 100 days of Kindy is a special school milestone celebrating Maths skills, personal growth, and classroom learning and fun. It marks the day when our students reach their 100th day of Kindergarten. On the day our students learned all about the number 100, had a class party and ate lots of party food! They have all developed socially, emotionally and academically in 100 days! We are so proud of them.

Attendance

It’s always great to have our students in class, ready to learn and have fun. Just a quick reminder that it’s really important for students to come to school every day.

As we move through the rest of the school year, we want you to know we are here to support you and your child to help them do their best. We understand that sometimes life can be tough, and we are happy to work with you to overcome any challenges that might make it hard for your child to come to school regularly.

Going to school every day has so many benefits – from learning new things, making friends, to getting support that helps with wellbeing and growth.

We love seeing all our students every day!

Book Week

The 2026 Children’s Book Week theme is ‘Symphony of Stories’.

As part of Book Week celebrations, we’ll be holding our Book Parade on Friday, 14 August, starting at 11:45am.  (Week 4). Students may dress up and parade in costumes of characters from their favourite books- from classic fairy tale characters to modern superheroes.

After the parade, classrooms will be open for parents and carers to visit and join in some fun activities with your children.

Parents and carers will also have the opportunity to purchase a piece of your child’s artwork for $1 during the open classroom time.

The P&C will also be running a book fair during this time with some beautiful pre-loved books to purchase.

To wrap up the day, there will be a sausage sizzle at lunchtime for everyone to enjoy.

All proceeds from the day will go to the P&C, who play a vital role in supporting our school through funding in-school resources and programs.
