CSEF - Camps Sports and Excursions Fund

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or you are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for financial assistance from the CSEF (Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund). The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions, or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE IN BY MONDAY 22nd JUNE 2026

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps, and sporting activities.

The annual CSEF amount per student is: $400. 

Families who had CSEF last year and who qualify again this year, have had their applications automatically rolled over. If you are a new family to the school and hold a valid means-tested concession card, please complete the attached application form and return it to the office with a copy of your concession card.
