2026 Apple Fair

🍎 WE’RE IN THE FINAL STRETCH – 3 DAYS TO GO!

The Apple Fair is almost here and the excitement around school is hard to miss. A huge thank you to everyone who has baked, volunteered, donated, sponsored or helped spread the word. It’s shaping up to be an incredible day for our school community.

Here are a few final reminders for the week ahead.

🍰 BAKE SALE – WHERE & WHEN

Bake Sale boxes have gone home and we can’t wait to see what delicious goodies you’ve been whipping up.

Please drop off baked goods to the Staff Room:

• Thursday – 9am–3:30pm

• Friday – 9am–3:30pm

Please ensure items are:

• In the cardboard trays provided

• Labelled with ingredients

• Dated when baked

Don’t have time to bake? Call on grandparents, neighbours or that friend who loves to bake and brag about it.

Need more boxes? Grab spares from the staffroom.

🎟 WRISTBANDS & TICKETS

Beat the queues! Last chance to pre-order wristbands and tickets – sales via Flexi Schools close tonight at midnight.

Pre-ordered goods will be sent home with children on Thursday and Friday.

There are no further sales through the school office, so please spare the lovely reception team. Wristbands and tickets will be available for purchase from the Ticket Office on Fair Day.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already signed up.

We still have about 45 shifts left to fill, so if you can spare any more time it makes a big difference to keeping the day running smoothly.

🔨 SILENT AUCTION

Our Silent Auction is already buzzing and helping raise funds for The Resilience Project at OGPS.

You can browse and bid here:

The auction closes at 3:00pm on Fair Day.

If you are the successful bidder:

Head to the Silent Auction stall on the lower basketball court to pay for your item.
If you’re unable to attend, please text 0456 001 345 to arrange payment.
Payment must be arranged by 5pm Monday or the item may be offered to the next bidder.

🔧 TRADIE AUCTION

One of the fun new additions this year is the Tradie Auction.

Head to the main stage for the 1:30 LIVE AUCTION. We’ll be auctioning off a handful of local trades offering a few hours of their time.

From small jobs around the house to handy fixes you’ve been putting off, it’s a great way to raise funds for the school while getting something ticked off your to-do list.

Make sure you wander over to the stage and place your bids on the crew.

🎒 WHAT TO PACK ON THE DAY

• Gold coin donation

• Wristbands and tickets (if pre-purchased)

• Keep cup for coffee

• Drink bottle

• Sunscreen and hat

• Shopping bag for market stall treasures and prizes
