St Patrick's Before & After School Care This week in after school care we have been exploring the chemistry of surface tension. For children, it can appear more than a little magical, but the effect is all science ‘no magic here’. The rainbow magic milk science experiment is a fun way to explore chem, On Wednesday we had an incursion with Kylie our educational leader making Christmas lanterns or pet rocks. The children had the choice of which activity they would like to participate in. Children love craft activities, helping them develop fine motor skills and developing their creativity and imagination. Children develop new ideas and learn to think outside the box re chemistry.
