APS FAIR Update 

Update on the weather! 

(From the Fair Committee via School Council)...

The APS Fair will go ahead on Saturday rain, hail or shine. At the moment only light showers are forecast, and we don’t envision any changes to the regular programming. We do recommend bringing a rain jacket/umbrella and we are also organising a few extra marquees, just in case! Current forecast for the day is 28C with showers late arvo/evening 🤞

FAIR "TO DO" LIST & IMPORTANT UPDATES 

1. Want to help but don't know how? Message Zoe on 0410 553 554 with the time you're available and she'll be your personal Fair Volunteer Roster VIP Concierge. It's really a thing 🫶

2. DONATIONS FINAL CALL - Books Costumes & Toys (NO Clothes this year). Please leave in the Portables 8.45am-3.45pm. Friday morning is the last drop off time. Thank you 😊 

3. WRISTBANDS selling fast - get yours here: https://www.trybooking.com/au/event/1662413 (sales close 10am Thurs). Handed out after school Thurs, or collect from office on Fri. Or you can stand in the queue to buy on the day...

4. VOLUNTEERS, roster is nearly full, awesome work everyone! A last few key asks, as we understand Sports schedules coming in now so makes it easier to plan:

* Pumpkin Carving Competition just needs a Pumpkin Patch supervisor or two 🎃

* Cake Stall needs someone from 3-5pm 🎂 

* A few more muscles for Set-up & Packdown Crews 💪

* Rice Paper Rolls & Grazing Platters (just handing them out not making them) 🤗

* Facepainting & Photo Booth fun times need humans too
