LITERACY: 'Persuasive text' writing a response to 'Me' artwork

This term, 2 F students have been diving into the vibrant and colorful world of renowned Australian artist Ken Done. They've been studying his iconic "Me" painting, which reflects Done’s unique style and personal expression. In this unit, they used descriptive language to write a response, or give an opinion, about Ken Done's artwork. 

After analysing this artwork, students were inspired to create their own interpretation of self-portraits using bold colors and imaginative designs. Each artwork is a celebration of their individuality and creativity. 2 F have been very creative and enthusiastic about this project!!
