Boarding House Welcome

Dear Boarding Parents and Carers
Welcome to Boarding in 2026
We hope you enjoyed a wonderful summer holiday with your family.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming our new boarders and their families to the Boarding House for Term 1 on Monday. All returning boarders are asked to return on Tuesday and be in-house by 4:00pm, ready for the commencement of school on Wednesday.
When arriving at the Boarding House, please enter via Gate 7 and use the side door only to drop off your child and their luggage. Families are then asked to proceed to the car park to park their vehicle.
Please ensure your child returns to boarding school-ready, in accordance with the Uniform Policy. This includes:
- No fake tans
- No acrylic nails
- No false eyelashes
- Natural-coloured hair only
- One piercing per ear lobe
Boarding House staff are available to assist boarders with any essentials they may not have been able to bring with them, including linen, school shoes and toiletries. Support is also available for uniforms and textbooks.
The first weekend of the term will be a closed weekend for all boarders, as it is our Boarder Orientation Weekend. All boarders are required to attend. This important weekend begins on Friday 30 January after school and concludes on Sunday. As part of the program, the Boarding House will join boarding schools across Southeast Queensland for a day of recreational fun and connection at Wet’n’Wild. This is a compulsory outing for all boarders.
All key information regarding boarding in 2026, including staffing, year level locations and boarder travel dates, can be found in the 2026 Boarding Handbook.
The Boarding Team look forward to welcoming you back to boarding in 2026.
