"We can study the whole history of salvation, we can study the whole of Theology, but without the Holy Spirit we cannot understand. It is the Spirit that makes us realize the truth or–in the words of Our Lord–it is the Spirit that makes us know the voice of Jesus."
—Pope Francis

The MCHF College community came together in a spirit of joy and unity to celebrate the Pentecost Mass, beautifully led by our talented Year 3 students. Through their reverent readings and a heartfelt thanksgiving prayer dance, they uplifted the celebration and reminded us of the power of the Holy Spirit and the unique gifts each of us carries. A heartfelt thank you and well done to Year 3 and their teachers for their inspiring contributions to this special liturgy.

Kindy students embarked on an enriching visit to Our Lady of Lebanon Co-Cathedral to achieve specific learning outcomes for their "We Visit The Church" unit! As part of their religious education syllabus, this allowed them to explore the church's environment, ask thoughtful questions, and deepen their understanding of its significance. It was a valuable and engaging experience, bringing their classroom learning to life! We were blessed to have Sr Rita organise this for our students! Thank you, Sr Rita!

Year 5 Reflection Day was a spiritually enriching experience held under the umbrella of the Holy Trinity, guiding students to deepen their understanding of God the Trinity as Father (the Creator), Son (the Saviour), and Holy Spirit (the Sanctifier). The day included Mass, Reconciliation, Adoration, Spiritual activities, and concluded with a visit to a local nursing home where students offered handmade cards and acts of kindness.

1 Green showed exceptional reverence during their time with the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in June.

The Year 3 Beige classroom was blessed by the special visit of the Statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. With hearts full of joy and reverence, the students joined their voices as one to sing the "Zyeh" — a cherished Maronite hymn. This beautiful moment reflected the deep Maronite devotion spread by our Venerable Founder, Patriarch Elias Howayek, who nurtured this tradition among his people. It was a moving reminder of our living faith and the sacred presence of Jesus in our daily lives.

Every Friday at 2:30 pm, our Chapel becomes a place of quiet reflection and spiritual nourishment as parents gather for a Gospel Reflection led by Sr Irene. This cherished weekly tradition provides a valuable opportunity to pause, listen to the Word of God, and explore how the Gospel speaks to our everyday lives as individuals, parents, and members of our school community.
Sr Irene brings warmth, wisdom, and deep faith to each session, guiding participants through meaningful reflection and gentle discussion
