Fathering Project - Barbecue & Games Night

We recently hosted a fantastic evening at our school as part of the Fathering Project, bringing together Dads, kids, and community members for a barbecue and games night. The event was a great success, with plenty of snags to go around and lots of laughter shared.

Big thanks to the Dads and father figures who continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. Their presence and involvement are vital, and we remain committed to promoting opportunities for connection through the Fathering Project.

A special shout-out goes to Billie Jo, Carol and Hannah,  for their incredible support in making the BBQ a highlight of the night.

The evening wrapped up with a memorable Dads vs Kids soccer match. Honorable mentions go to Mike for his impressive goal scoring and Llewelyn for his heroic defence—while simultaneously wrangling three of his own children!

We look forward to the next event and continuing to build strong, supportive connections within our school community.
