Families are invited to join us for our Leadership Commissioning Ceremony on Monday 23 February at 2:30pm in Holy Rosary Church. During the ceremony the Year 6 students and the SRC will be presented to the community, make leadership pledges, and receive their badges. Year 6 students will also be presented with their school rugby jumpers.

We have photo permission forms on file for all students. We will abide by these permissions unless you notify us in writing of your desire to change them. Please email frontoffice@hrkensington.catholic.edu.au to advise changes you wish to make.

If you wish your child to make a sacrament this year please complete this form. We are in the process of confirming dates for Reconciliation and Eucharist with Father Andrew and we will inform families of the date once confirmed. Confirmation is set by the Bishop’s Office and will be held on Sunday 2 August at 2:00pm.

Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Signing In

Holy Rosary is committed to upholding the Child Safe Standards and creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students. Parents and carers who wish to volunteer in any capacity at the school (including classrooms, excursions, or other activities) are required to hold a current Volunteer Working with Children Check (WWCC). When volunteering or visiting any area of the school during the day, all adults must sign in at the school office and wear the visitor sticker provided, so that everyone on site is easily identified.

Parents attending school events such as liturgies, performances or information sessions are not required to provide evidence of a WWCC. However, for the safety and supervision of all members of our community, all visitors must sign in on arrival whenever they are on school grounds during school hours.
