Digital Technology- Mobile Muster

The Digital Technology group are grateful for the phones donated thus far for recycling. We are enjoying exploring old mobile phones to learn about the materials used in their manufacturing. We have learnt about where these materials come from, their specific properties, and the environmental impacts.

 We are working together to create an artwork that informs others about the importance of recycling e-waste. We are planning to enter the Mobile Muster competition to show our creativity and responsibility to protect the environment. The theme is "What's in a phone?"

Did you know there are approximately 25 million unused phones hidden in draws in Australia only! These resources can be recovered and reused! PLEASE drop any old phones you no longer need to the box in the office and we will make sure they don't end up in landfill!
