Meet Our Staff
Rachelle Beneke, Sarah Lyall, Charlene Stewart, Amanda Willcocks
Hi, my name is Rachelle.
I moved to Melbourne last year with my husband and daughter from Brisbane. I have a beautiful cat named Missy and a very small dog called Frankie. I like going bushwalking with my family and Frankie. I also enjoy gardening and exploring new places.
I have travelled to quite a few countries and even lived and taught in Africa for two years. I love most sports, but my favourites are soccer and basketball. I also enjoy reading, learning new things like the ukelele, and I also play the piano.
I am looking forward to getting to know the Bundoora Primary School community.
Hello Bundoora PS!
My name is Miss Sarah Lyall, and I am very excited to be joining you in 2023.
I have been teaching for the past 4 years at a school nearby in Foundation and grade 1/2. I have a passion for education and promise to commit to helping students learn and feel safe and happy in their environment.
I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues and families of the school and hope to be a positive contribution to the Bundoora Primary School community.
If you see me around before the end of the year, don't be afraid to come and say hello.
See you soon!
Miss Lyall
Hello everyone,
My name is Mrs Willcocks, and I am very excited to be joining the Bundoora Primary School community in 2023. I have heard lots of wonderful things about BPS and cannot wait to meet all of you and get stuck into some great learning together!
A few things about me…I currently live in Lalor with my husband and our son, Harrison. Our house is also home to a very grumpy cat, a goofy poodle and a couple of goldfish. In my spare time I enjoy reading (Harrison and I are currently working our way through the Wolf Girl novels by Anh Do), playing boardgames, learning to play the piano, and trying to keep the plants in my garden alive.
If you see me around at school, please come up and say hello. I’m always keen to receive new book recommendations, and gardening advice is also welcome!
