Remote Technical Support
With remote learning underway, understandably there will be many technical issues that arise.
The IT Department have implemented a system in order for the College to deal with these issues as efficiently as possible.
The procedure for all technical issues must be logged via Compass. Once in Compass
- Click on the two person icon at the top of the compass dashboard page, (in between the nine dot grid and the star)
- Click on School Documentation
- Click on Remote Learning
- Click on Remote Technical Support
- Click on email link that will go straight to our technical support staff
- Click on allow

We are working on a support kiosk with ticketing system and will notify you when this is available.
