Important Information for Families
Year 6 Amazing Race Expo
Tomorrow, Thursday 8th of December, the Year 6 students will present their Year 6 Travel Expo: ‘The Amazing Race - Asian Edition’ to the school community. The expo will be in the school gym from 3:00-3:45pm with parents invited to join them from 3:20pm.
Return of Library Books
ALL library books are to be returned to the Library on or before FRIDAY 9th DECEMBER.
Outstanding Attendances
With end of year approaching, parents are reminded that all outstanding student absences must be explained before the last day of school. This is a simple procedure in Compass (see attached guide) and if you need assistance, please contact the school office.
Christmas Raffle
Our Giant Christmas Stocking is looking amazing! Thank you to those who have donated presents for our Christmas Raffle. We are still taking donations of new toys, sports equipment, books or anything Christmas related. Feel free to bring it in and pop it in the giant Christmas stocking which is in the office area. Raffle tickets have gone home and the raffle will be drawn on 15th December at our final assembly. Thank you for your support!
Canteen
On Friday 16th December the canteen will only be open for counter sales at recess. There will be NO LUNCH ORDERS on this day.
Monday 19th December will be the LAST DAY for the canteen for 2022.
Zooper Dooper Sales
The Year 6 students will be selling Zooper Doopers in the Courtyard from 3:30-3:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a cost of 50c each. All monies raised goes towards Year 6 Graduation.
Hats compulsory
In line with our Sunsmart Policy, students must wear hats when outside (recess, lunchtime and when undertaking outdoor activities such as sport). Hats are compulsory between August and April.
Arriving Late - Late Pass Essential
If your child arrives at school after 9:00am please ensure they come to the office for a late pass. Please do not send them straight to their classroom. Thank you!

Grounds supervised from 8:45am
8.50am - Classroom doors open
9.00am - Learning commences
Recess: 10:40am - 11:10am
Lunch eating time: 12:50pm - 1:00pm
Lunch playtime: 1:00pm - 1:50pm
3.30pm - School concludes
Grounds supervised until 3:45pm
Assembly
Assemblies in Term 4 will be held in sub-schools one fortnight and then whole school the following fortnight.
Foundation - LC4
Year 1 and 2 - Library
Year 3 and 4 - Gym
Year 5 and 6 - LC6
Assemblies commence at 2.50pm, so please arrive around 2.45pm. The next assembly will be a whole school assembly on Friday 18th November.
