Senior School Report
Kate Every
On Tuesday the 31st we welcomed our year 11 and 12 students back to school for the 2023 school year. We were extremely excited as were the students to be back at school, with many students popping into the senior school office for a chat throughout the day.
Later in the week, on Thursday the 2nd of February we also welcomed back our Year 10 students, our year 10’s having transitioned from Junior School up into the senior school spent some time familiarising themselves in our assembly looking at the expectations and processes for their senior years of schooling.
The Senior School team has once again expanded and evolved this year to further support our students with the later years of education.
Kaitlin Every – Head of Senior School
Lydia Brooks – Year 11 & 12 Year Level Leader
Claire Blower – Year 10 Year Level Leader
Steve Hulse – VCE Leader
Leanne Harris – Senior School Admin Support
Jess Hollands – Pathways Leader
Carolyn Gregg – Careers Practioner
Kara Rysava – Careers Practioner
Students spent their first day setting themselves up for success and participating in team building activities with their homegroup teachers.
As a Senior School we were incredibly proud to see our students settling into their Year 10, VCE and VM classes with a high level of focus and commitment. Upon walking around the classes students were settled and productive focused on their individual success.
Over the coming weeks and months we look forward to building everlasting memories with our students, focusing on their challenging their learning, wellbeing and pathways development.
Keep an eye out for exciting upcoming updates from the senior school!
