Welcome Back 

Dear Parents,

Welcome back to school. We hope you had an amazing holiday and spent time with family and friends, relaxing and enjoying each other's company!

Staff are very much looking forward to seeing our students and hearing about their wonderful holiday escapades. We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with you all to give our children the opportunity to flourish academically, spiritually and personally. 

REMINDERS FOR THE START OF THE TERM

Specialist Timetable 

Please see the attached specialist timetable for Term 1. Please note that we now have specialists over three days.

Tuesday and Wednesday we have ART, PE and STEM and Thursday we have LOTE and Performing Arts.  (**Week commencing Monday 30 January is Week 2 - an even week)

Uniform 

Term 1 sees us wearing full summer uniform including a school hat. School Hats are required from Monday, but if you haven’t had a chance to purchase a hat the UNIFORM SHOP will be open Tuesday 31st of January from 2.45pm to 3.30pm. Orders can be placed via CDFpay.  CDF orders placed prior to 9:00am Monday will be delivered to your child on Monday.  If you order after 9:00am on Monday the order will be processed the following week.

Tracey will have hats for sale at the office on Monday but she can only take cash - $15 if you  would like to purchase one on Monday.

Hair/Nails/Jewellery

Please remember no extreme hairstyles eg razor cuts. Hair below the shoulder must be put up in a ponytail.  Only clear nail polish is acceptable at school.  Sleepers or small studs are the only acceptable earrings and if your child wants to wear a necklace it can only be a chain with a cross on it. 

Sunscreen

Due to allergies and Child Safe Standards schools cannot supply or apply sunscreen to students. Please remember to put your preferred sunscreen into your childs bag. There teachers will give their students time to apply their sunscreen before recess and lunch.

Our lunchtime clubs are back up and running for 2023!

Tuckshop

Our tuckshop will not be open next week.  They will reopen on Friday 10th of February.

DATES:

Monday 30th January  - Students return (Foundations are at school until 1.00pm)

Wednesday 1st February - FEAST OF ST BRIGID AND BEGINNING OF YEAR MASS 10am at St Brigid's Church. Chidlren will walk up to Mass and Parents are welcome to meet us there.

Tuesday 7th February - Information Night for Years 1-6 - Times to be confirmed

Wednesday 8th February - Information Night for Foundation
