BCC WasteSMART Nomination

We are proud to announce that Mount Alvernia is a finalist in the 2020 WasteSMART Brisbane Awards - School category, thanks to the very effective and ongoing initiatives of our maintenance team and student Environmental Club.

The winners will be selected by a judging panel and announced at the awards ceremony hosted by the Honourable Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner on the afternoon of 25 November.

In the meantime, the People’s Choice WasteSMART Award is open for voting until 16 October.  Your support is greatly appreciated.
