Around the Block - Go for a walk, jog, ride or scoot around the block.

Yoga – have fun with Cosmic Kids Yoga - all links are in your classrooms!

Early Years –  The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Lower Juniors - Sonic the Hedgehog

      Upper Juniors - The Twits

Seniors  – Yoga for the Classroom

Trampoline - if you have a trampoline, you can bounce or jog.  If you have a sibling, get a ball and throw it to each other.  If you don't have a trampoline, you could stand on a cushion.  See how long you can balance on one foot.  If you can do it for one minute, then try the other foot!

Challenge Winners - There are so many students who are doing a great job at the weekly challenge exercises!  You can always catch up - so far we have done pushups, stepups & situps.  It only takes 60 seconds!

To name a few outstanding students... Curtis, Alex A, Jade, Sarah, Madi, Danica & Jack in Seniors; Dean, Ethan, Michael, Simi, Ryan, Remy, Tyrel, Christian in UJ; Oleira, Ethan & Johan in LJ; & Juliette, Brock, Liam, & Alec in EY.  Well done to everyone!  There will be prizes once we are back at school, so keep posting about how you are going.  The winners of each challenge (in each section of the school) can challenge a staff member!

Squats.  See how many you can do in 60 seconds. Don’t rush, as technique is important. Do it 3 days this week & record your Personal Best!

Choose any or all of the above activities.  Don’t forget to fill in your PE log book each day!

See you soon!
