A MESSAGE FROM OUR ACTING PRINCIPAL

As we move closer to the end of the year our staff are very busy assessing our students and writing reports. Once again these reports may look a little different than usual as we comment on our students’ learning during both remote

learning in Term 3 and on their return to school in Term 4. These reports will be sent home in the last week of school.

CURRICULUM DAY

Just a reminder, Friday 18th December is a Curriculum Day. Students are not required to attend on this day. Students’ last day of school is Thursday 17th December.

STUDENT DROP-OFF AT SCHOOL

Staff will be at the front entrance of the school in the morning until 9.10am. If you come after this time please bring your child into the office, sign them in and wait for a staff member to take them to class.

SUN SMART

Just a reminder for all students to wear a hat and sunscreen in Term 4 now that the weather is getting warmer. Please write your child’s name in their hat so that it can be returned if it gets lost.

COVID UPDATE

We continue to follow the latest Department of Education and DHHS advice regarding masks. Staff are no longer required to wear masks outside at school. Masks are still required to be worn inside school buildings but classroom staff can choose not to wear them when teaching.

STUDENT ILLNESS

Just another reminder to all parents to keep your child home if they are unwell. This will help stop the spread of any illness at the school. If your child is unwell at school we may ask for you to come and pick them up. Also, please let the office know if your child is away from school for any reason.
