It's Time To Say Goodbye
In the Music Room
This week marked the last time our Graduating Class of 2020 joined us in the Music Room! It was a week of celebration across the school and our students wasted no time taking the opportunity to play one last song with their school friends!
Band members Brodie and Lorenzo are often found in the Music Room jamming together. With Brodie now graduating and Lorenzo moving up to Year 12, the two have already made plans to continue their musical partnership beyond school! Watch out for these two!
As always the Music Room is a buzzing hive of activity, especially at lunch time! So many of our Year 12 Graduates have been regulars in the Music Room and they will be missed! I wish you all the very best and trust that you will all continue to enjoy music, whether it be playing it, creating it or listening to it. After all, as Plato said, "music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything."
As all of our students prepare to take the next step in their schooling and beyond, I hope 2021 brings countless opportunities to you all! To our Graduates, here's a little something that was played for one of our year 12s in his very last music lesson at Naranga!
Stay safe, keep singing and all our best wishing to the 2020 Graduating Class of Naranga!
