Inclusive Recruitment 

E-Learn 

This module helps staff better 

understand unconscious bias 

and provide practical steps for 

an inclusive recruitment process. 

It helps people involved in the 

recruiting process to remove 

barriers and ensure equity when 

recruiting staff.

Active Bystander 

Training (NEW) 

For both school and corporate 

staff, this training session will 

explore the factors that influence 

bystanders' behaviour; the impact 

on those targeted when bystanders 

do speak up; and how to practise 

being an active bystander.

The purpose of this training 

is to enhance participants' race 

equity literacy and empower 

strategic anti-racism thinking. 

The corporate sessions will 

focus on the corporate 

workplace context and 

workplace relations, while 

the schools sessions have a contextualised focus on 

the school environment.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace for People Managers (NEW) 

This training session will 

provide People Managers in 

both the school and corporate environments with the skills to thoughtfully and effectively 

manage neurodiverse teams.
